Extent Information
E1This Act extends to S. but any amendment contained in Sch. 4 of any enactment which extends to E.W. or N.I. also so extends, see s. 7(5)
43U.K.In subsection (1) of section 38 of the Aviation Security Act 1982, in the definition of “the statutory maximum” for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following—
“(b)in Scotland, the prescribed sum within the meaning of subsection (8) of section 225 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (that is to say £5,000 or another sum fixed by order under subsection (4) of that section);”.
