The Principal Reporter
5Until the coming into force of section 127 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, for any reference in any provision of the Principal Act to the Principal Reporter there shall be substituted a reference to the reporter of the local authority in whose area any child referred to in that provision resides.
