In section 1(14) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (consultation by Agency with local authorities and other bodies), after “local authorities” there shall be inserted “National Park authorities”.

In subsections (1) and (2) of section 5 of that Act (assistance to the Agency from other bodies), after “local authority”, in each case, there shall be inserted “a National Park authority”.

In section 15(1) of that Act (which refers to consultation under section 1(14)), after “local authorities” there shall be inserted “National Park authorities”.
