The Employment Agencies Act 1973 (c. 35)
11In section 13(7) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (cases in which Act does not apply), after paragraph (ff) there shall be inserted the following paragraph —
“(fg)the exercise by a National Park authority of any of its functions;”.
