SCHEDULE 10 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to National Parks

The Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (c. 57) E+W

9 E+W In section 3 of the Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (employers exempted from insurance), in subsection (2), after “the Broads Authority” there shall be inserted “ a National Park authority ”.
