In the Animal Health Act 1981—

a

in section 49(4), for paragraph (a) substitute—

a

“master”, “owner” and “port” have the same meanings as in the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, and “vessel” has the same meaning as “ship” in the Merchant Shipping Act 1995; and

b

in section 65—

i

in subsection (3), for “692 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1894” substitute “ 284 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 ”; and

ii

in subsection (4)(a), for “1894 Act” substitute “ 1995 Act ”.
