20(1)The Secretary of State may by order make any transitional provision which appears appropriate in connection with any provision of this Act.U.K.
(2)Nothing in any other provision of this Act prejudices the generality of the power conferred by sub-paragraph (1).
(3)An order made under sub-paragraph (1) may, in particular, include any saving from the effect of any amendment or repeal made by this Act.
21U.K.Nothing in any provision made by or by virtue of this Schedule prejudices the operation of sections 16 and 17 of the M1Interpretation Act 1978 (effect of repeals).
