90In the first Schedule to the [1958 c. 51.] Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records), in the Table at the end of paragraph 3, in Part I, in the second column, at the end of the entry relating to health service hospitals insert—
| “records of trust property passing to a Health Authority or Special Health Authority by virtue of the Health Authorities Act 1995 or under section 92 of the [1977 c. 49.] National Health Service Act 1977 or held by a Health Authority under section 90 or 91 of that Act.” |
