91E+W+SIn the Schedule to the M1Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (bodies to which that Act applies), for paragraph 1(f) and (g) substitute—
“(f)Health Authorities, except as regards the exercise of functions under the M2National Health Service (Service Committees and Tribunal) Regulations 1992 or any regulations amending or replacing those Regulations;
(g)if the order establishing a Special Health Authority so provides, the Special Health Authority;”.
