“National Health Service

33. (a) Health Authorities established under section 8 of the M2 National Health Service Act 1977 (c. 49) in respect of their functions under the M3 National Health Service (Service Committees and Tribunal) Regulations 1992 or any regulations amending or replacing those Regulations; (b) the tribunal constituted under section 46 of that Act; (c) committees of Health Authorities established under regulation 3 of those Regulations or any provision amending or replacing that regulation.”
