30 S In section 145(2) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1948 (application of Act to Scotland), in the definition of “local authority”, for “regional, islands or district council” substitute “ council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ”.
