28 S In section 7(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority”, for the words from “any” to the end substitute “ any council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ”.
