4 U.K. In section 23 of that Act (power to search and obtain evidence), in subsection (3A)—

5 U.K. In section 27 of that Act (forfeiture of things relating to certain offences), in subsection (1), for the words “section 38(1) of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986” there shall be substituted the words “ section 1(3) of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 ”.
