1In section 49 of the Land Registration Act 1925 (protection of certain interests etc by notice) in subsection (1)(g), the words “the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986 or” shall be omitted, and after the words “the Criminal Justice Act 1988” there shall be inserted the words “or the Drug Trafficking Act 1994”.
