22 E+WIn section 151 of that Act (Customs and Excise power of arrest), in subsection (5), for the words “section 38(1) of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986 other than an offence under section 24” there shall be substituted the words “ section 1(3) of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 other than an offence under section 50 ”.
