27U.K.In section 22 of the M1Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 (time limits for preliminary stages of criminal proceedings), in subsection (11), in the definition of “custody of the Crown Court”, after paragraph (c) (inserted by paragraph 104 of Schedule 15 to the M2Criminal Justice Act 1988), there shall be inserted the following paragraph, preceded by the word “, or”, namely—
“(d)paragraph 2(1)(a) of Schedule 6 to the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (custody after transfer order in certain cases involving children).”.
