In section 51(8) of the M1Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, after the words “otherwise reproducing” there shall be inserted the words “
, or, where the material is data stored electronically, transmitting that data
”
.
Sch. 9 does not extend to Scotland in so far as it relates to s. 17(1) of the Video Act 1984 see s. 172(16)
