66In section 31(1) of the M1Criminal Justice Act 1991 (which defines, amongst other expressions, “custodial sentence”), in paragraph (b) of that definition, after the words “1982 Act”, there shall be inserted the words, “ or a secure training order under section 1 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 ”.
