3In Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 (employments to which a scheme under section 1 of that Act can apply), at the end of the list of “Other Bodies” insert— “ Teacher Training Agency. ”.E+W+S+N.I.
4In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices), at the appropriate place insert— “ Any member of the Teacher Training Agency in receipt of remuneration. ”.E+W+S+N.I.
