46In section 11 of the M1Trustee Investments Act 1961 (local authority investment schemes), in subsection (4)(a) after the words “the Broads Authority" there shall be inserted the words “ , a police authority established under section 3 of the M2Police Act 1964 ”.E+W+S+N.I.
