Post Office Act 1969

49 In section 7 of the [1969 c. 48.] Post Office Act 1969 (powers of the Post Office) after subsection (1) there shall be inserted—

“(1AA) In subsection (1)(e) above, “local authority” includes a police authority established under section 3 of the[1964 c. 48.] Police Act 1964.”
