53In section 14 of the [1977 c. 42.] Rent Act 1977 (landlord’s interest belonging to local authority, etc.) after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted—
“(caa)a police authority established under section 3 of the[1964 c. 48.] Police Act 1964;”.
