47U.K.In Part II of Schedule 1 to that Act (list of narrower-range investments requiring advice), in paragraph 9, in sub-paragraph (d) for the words “a combined police authority" onwards there shall be substituted the words “ a police authority established under section 3 of the M1Police Act 1964; ”.
