Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980

21 In section 99 of that Act (directions to dispose of land), in subsection (4) after paragraph (db) there shall be inserted—

“(dc) a police authority established under section 3 of the [1964 c. 48.] Police Act 1964;”.
