Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 U.K.

18 U.K. In section 44 of that Act (interpretation), in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority" after the words “of this Act," there shall be inserted the words “ a police authority established under section 3 of the M1 Police Act 1964 and ”.
