51 Meaning of “Community trade mark”

In this Act—

• “Community trade mark” has the meaning given by Article 1(1) of the Community Trade Mark Regulation; and

• “the Community Trade Mark Regulation” means [O.J. No. L11, 14.1.94, p.1.] Council Regulation (EC) No. 40/94 of 20th December 1993 on the Community trade mark.
