In the following provisions of the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975, after “where the local authority is in” insert (in each place) “

in section 4 (amendment etc of certificates), subsections (7) and (8);
c
section 5(5)(d) (interested parties for purposes of appeals);
d
section 10(8)(b) (copies of prohibition notices);
e
section 10A(7)(d) (appeals against orders relating to prohibition notices); and
f
section 11(c) (powers of entry and inspection).

In section 17(1) of that Act (interpretation)—
a
in the definition of “building authority”, in paragraph (a) omit “or in Wales,”; and
b
in the definition of “local authority”, in paragraph (c) omit “or in Wales,” and, after that paragraph insert—
