SCHEDULE 13 The Residuary Body for Wales: Corff Gweddilliol Cymru

The Residuary Body shall consist of not less than 4 nor more than 7 members appointed by the Secretary of State.

The Secretary of State shall appoint one of the members to be chairman.

The Secretary of State may by order alter either of the numbers in sub-paragraph (1).
