2 Consequential amendments and repeals. S

(1) In section 105(4)(b) of the M1 National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (procedure as respects orders), the words “and 102(2)” are hereby repealed.

(2) In section 108(1) of that Act (interpretation), for the definition of “state hospital” there shall be substituted the following—

““state hospital” has the meaning indicated in section 102(2);”.

(3) Sections 90 and 91(1) of the M2 Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984 are hereby repealed.
