This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
7In section 7 of the [1978 c. 23.] Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978, in subsection (1) (which provides that certain judges and former judges may, at the request of the Lord Chancellor, sit as judges of the High Court or Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland)—
(a)the words “at any time” shall be omitted; and
(b)at the end, there shall be added the words “at any time on or before the day on which he attains the age of seventy-five.”
