The Pensions Increase Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 (c. 35 (N.I.)) N.I.

12 N.I. In section 15(1) of the Pensions Increase Act (Northern Ireland) 1971, in the definition of “money purchase benefits” for the words from “Article 2(2)” to “1986” there shall be substituted the words “ section 176(1) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993 ”.
