Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993

1993 CHAPTER 49

An Act to consolidate for Northern Ireland certain enactments relating to pension schemes, with corrections and minor improvements under the Consolidation of Enactments (Procedure) Act 1949.

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Extent Information

E1 This Act extends to Northern Ireland only except for certain amendments in Sch. 7 which have the same extent as the provisions amended; see s. 186(5)
