SCHEDULE 7 Re-enactment or amendment of certain provisions not in force

In Schedule 5 to the Social Security Act 1989—
a
in paragraph 2(8) for the words “section 84(1) of the 1986 Act” there shall be substituted the words “
section 181(1) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993
”

b
in paragraph 7(d) for the words “the meaning given by section 51(3)(b) of the 1973 Act” there shall be substituted the words “
the same meaning as “public service pension scheme” in section 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993
”
;
c
in paragraph 8 for the words “section 15(1) of the 1986 Act” there shall be substituted the words “
section 160(1) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993
”
