59 Financial provisions.

The expenses of the Commission shall be defrayed by the Secretary of State.

All expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under the provisions of this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.
3
All sums received by the Secretary of State under the provisions of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
