1 E+W+S This Schedule applies where an access agreement provides, or is treated as providing, for [F2 the Office of Rail and Road] to undertake reviews of the terms of that agreement as to—

(a) the amounts payable under the agreement by one of the parties to the other; and

(b) the times at which, and the manner in which, those amounts are payable.]
