32U.K.The M1British Coal and British Rail (Transfer Proposals) Act 1993 (which provides for the Board and the British Coal Corporation to have certain powers to act to facilitate the implementation of proposals of the Secretary of State to transfer property, rights, liabilities or functions of the Board or that Corporation to other persons or bodies) shall cease to have effect, so far as relating to the Board.
