12U.K.If it appears to the Secretary of State necessary or expedient to do so, in consequence of any provision made by order under this Schedule, he may by provision made in the same manner—
(a)repeal or amend, or modify the operation of, any private or local Act of Parliament; or
(b)revoke or amend, or modify the operation of, any statutory instrument (whether local or general).
