16U.K.[F1Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code)] (procedure where works involve the alteration of [F2electronic communications apparatus]) shall apply to the Development Corporation for the purposes of any works carried out by them in exercise of any of the powers conferred by section 1 of this Act or this Schedule.
