16U.K.In section 82(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1989 (request for assistance by overseas regulatory authority) for “the Company Securities (Insider Dealing) Act 1985” there shall be substituted “ Part V of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (insider dealing) ”.
