27E+W+SIn subsection (2) of section 13 of that Act (determination by rent assessment committees of questions relating to purchase notices), for the words from “be” to “particulars,” there shall be substituted the words “ comply with such requirements (if any) as to the form of, or the particulars to be contained in, any such application ”.
