30(1)In subsection (1) of section 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (general duty as respects conservation areas in exercise of planning functions), for the words “powers under” there shall be substituted the words “ functions under or by virtue of ”.E+W
