(1)An Order in Council under paragraph 1(1)(b) of Schedule 1 to the M1Northern Ireland Act 1974 (legislation for Northern Ireland in the interim period) which states that it is made only for purposes to which this subsection applies—
(a)shall not be subject to paragraph 1(4) and (5) of that Schedule (affirmative resolution of both Houses of Parliament), but
(b)shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(2)The purposes to which subsection (1) above applies are purposes corresponding to those of—

(b)sections 33, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 and 55 and this section,
(c)paragraphs 2, 6 and 7 of Schedule 8,
(d)paragraphs 1 and 4 of Schedule 9, and
(e)Schedule 10 so far as it relates to enactments or instruments which extend there.
