46E+W+SIn section 49(3)(a) of the 1992 Act (election scrutineer to supervise certain matters), for the words and distribution of the voting papers there shall be substituted the words “ of the voting papers and (unless he is appointed under section 51A to undertake the distribution of the voting papers) their distribution ”.
