4E+W+SIn section 13(7) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (exclusions from provisions of that Act), after paragraph (g) there shall be inserted—
“(ga)services provided in pursuance of arrangements made, or a direction given, under section 10 of the Employment and Training Act 1973;”.
