In Part II of Schedule 2 to the Legal Aid Act 1988 (excepted proceedings), after paragraph 5A there shall be inserted—
5B
Proceedings to the extent that they consist in, or arise out of, an application to the court under section 235A of the [1992 c. 52.] Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
