5 E+W+S In section 5(2)(a) of the Employment and Training Act 1973 (power to appoint advisers with respect to performance of certain functions), for the words from on him to the end there shall be substituted the words “ or imposed on him by sections 2, 8 to 10 and 12 of this Act; and ”.
