16In the application of subsection (2) of section 128 of the Contributions and Benefits Act to claims made or treated as made before the first day in respect of which disability living allowance is payable paragraph (b) of that subsection shall have effect as if the following sub-paragraph were substituted for sub-paragraph (ii)—
“(ii)a mobility allowance under section 37A of the 1975 Act;”.
