4 Section 104 above shall have effect as if it also applied to—

(a) the [S.I. 1977/2156 (N.I. 27).] Supplementary Benefits (Northern Ireland) Order 1977,

(b) the [1971 c. 8 (N.I.).] Family Income Supplements Act (Northern Ireland) 1971.
