5Penalties for offences
In section 11(1) of the [1967 c. 84.] Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967—
a
in paragraph (a) (maximum penalty of £50,000 on summary conviction of certain offences) for the words “section 4(3), 4A(3)” there shall be substituted the words “section 4(3) or (6), 4A(3) or (6)”, and
b
in paragraph (b) (maximum penalty of £5,000 on summary conviction of other offences) for the words “4(6) or (9A), 4A(6)” there shall be substituted “4(9A)”.
