97In section 34(6) of the [1988 c. 34.] Legal Aid Act 1988 (calculation of income or capital) for the words “social security benefits” there shall be substituted the words “benefits under Part VII of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (income-related benefits)”.
